Using professional safety equipment our service techs will blow off the entire roof of all leaves, pine straw, and foliage debris starting from the top of your roof.  During the gutter cleaning process, the entire roof and gutter system is fully inspected free of charge and anything seen that may pose a possible concern to the home will be noted.  All gutters and downspouts are cleaned using high-powered backpack commercial leaf blowers.  Any debris our crews are unable to blow out with the blowers, service techs hand clean gutters to fully ensure that all gutters are free and clear of any seasonal debris.  Downspouts are cleared from roof top using the high powered blowers.

Finally after the guttter cleaning is completed, our professional service techs blow off any bushes, shrubs, flower beds, all walkways, pathways, driveways, decks, patios, and patio furniture.  All debris from the roof and gutters will be blown into the natural landscape of the property

*In some cases gutter cleaning have not been performed on an annual basis or gutters were possibly not cleaned properly on the last gutter cleaning.  Annual debris can clog the elbows of the downspout preventing water from properly flowing.  This common error results in what we call a "major downspout clog." Removing a major downspout clog is not part of our standard cleaning.  If our crews are indeed unable to remove this type of clog using our high-powered blowers during the cleaning process, it is an additional $20 charge to correct the issue. Elbows of the downspout are disconnected from a ladder and cleared by hand.  Downspout elbows are then reattach making sure the entire downspout from the gutter to the ground level is free and clear.  Additional work if any will not be performed prior to the homeowner approval.  In rare cases like the picture above downspouts become so clogged they would need to be replaced.  If a downspout needs to be replaced, an estimate will be provided at the time of cleaning and the repair rescheduled.
