Ace Gutter Cleaning . Paul was extremely professional on our first contact on the phone; he explained exactly what would be done, the price, and how they would do it. This was impressive. The other companies I spoke with over the phone never showed up nor even contacted me again. Ace Gutter Cleaning did just what they said they would on their visit to our house. They did a great job of cleaning the gutters. I will use them again, for sure. We were very pleased with the service.

I searched for a gutter company online after I had a chance encounter with another vendor one morning. The first vendor came out and quoted the work, but was almost twice as expensive. So I searched and found Ace Gutter Cleaning on the internet. I called and the owner came by for a free estimate. I was pleased and we set a time. He showed up on time and did the work in a very professional manner and quickly. I am very pleased with his work and more over, Paul seems like a vendor genuinely interested in good customer service. I was very pleased with that. If you need gutters replaced or simply cleaned, give him a call and let Ace have a shot at your job.

Called to schedule and got immediate contact.  Described my house over the phone and got an estimate.  Appointment given and was told they would call the day before to confirm.  Did not get a call the day before, but did get a call on day of service in early am.  Owner apologized and asked if I still wanted service that day.  He came out with a worker and did the work at the agreed time.  They cleaned up afterwards.  Gutters seemed to be working fine when it rained the next week. Excellent customer service.

They called enroute to tell me they were tied up in traffic; still arrived within 30 minutes of the appointed time. All equipment was like new, well maintained. I asked for an estimate of the time the job would take, and that estimate was only five minutes off the actual time. The work was done quickly and without wasted effort. Cleanup of materials and hauling away of old gutter left the yard looking as though no one had been there.

I was surprised at how quickly they were able to schedule my cleaning.  They gave a realistic 2 day window, called the day before they actually came and gave me a 2 hour window.  They came within that window, told me everything they would be doing and when I needed to add the detached garage to the order, he told me exactly how much more that would be.  When they were done, he gave me a report saying that the roof and gutters were in good condition and he made one suggestion which was not anything they would profit from.  He left me with a form to sign up for regular service which I gladly filled out so I don't have to remember to call them every 4 months.  Highly recommend!

We have a large home with 4 levels, that is built into a hill, so you can imagine the house is very high. In addition, it is on a heavily treed lot. The gutters get heavy debris every year. We got the companies name off of Angie's as they had a special for gutter cleaning. We called and described the house. The company came out, cleaned the gutters in one day and did an excellent job. We were very happy with their service and would recommend them highly.

Paul and his three-man crew with him arrived within the time window specified, rang the doorbell to let me know they were on site, and proceeded to clean out the gutters.  It had been a while since the last cleaning, but they got the gutters looking great.  That service, for the gutter cleaning (after the Angie's List coupon) was $109. The service includes a roof inspection while they are up there.  Paul said that 4 of our roof vent rubber housings were cracking and pulling away from their vent pipes that they were supposed to be keeping rain water from seeping in next to.  He said that he would leave those with me so I could see the deterioration and damage for myself.  He was right.  They were cracking and damaged.  We were not the owners of the house when it had the roof replaced last, but we estimate it was between 6 and 8 years ago.  He had the vent boots in stock in his truck and he offered to replace them.  I told him yes, that I'd like the boots replaced.  This service was and additional $340.00 (qty 4  x  $85).  Vent boots are regularly $125 for the part and labor to install, but the price goes down with increased quantity. So, $109 for gutter cleaning + $340 for vent boots = $449 total.  I was very happy with their service and the boot replacement. He left a sign up form for a regular service program for them to come back at scheduled intervals throughout the year.  I think I'll sign up for that service, since it locks in the gutter cleaning price.
