For most homes the average annual preventive maintenance schedule is twice a year or every six months. Homes surrounded by trees close to the home may need gutter cleaning more often. We offer an annual service program that locks in the price so your price will never go up. That is our promise.

During our Atlanta gutter cleaning service the end of the blower is put into the top bend or elbow of the downspout and all sediment is blown through. If your downspouts flow into underground corrugated pipes, it is our recommendation to keep those pipes connected during the cleaning to allow us to determine if there may be a major clog underground. If your gutters have not been cleaned in a really long time or not cleaned properly in the past, what we call a Major Downspout Clog could occur. There is a nominal charge of $25 per clog to remove “Major Downspout Clogs” via a ladder. Keep in mind no additional work would be performed that could increase the price of the service without permission from you, the home owner. This is not a common issue and 9 out of 10 downspouts we are able to clean during the service.

If you have a wooded area or natural landscape around your home, all debris is blown and blended into those areas. We do offer a bagging option at $10/bag. We will provide the bags, put all debris into bags and leave them curbside for the trash company to pick up. We do not carry away debris.

As long as we have access to your backyard for ground clean-up, you do not need to be home. We triple check that all gates are locked before we leave the property.
